Mini système de filtrage par osmose inverse PureFlo - jusqu'à 100L/h
This new revolutionary low pressure membrane technology makes an extremely economical solution for supplying pure demineralised water to humidifiers of up to 100kg/h in capacity. Multiple RO-100 systems can be inter-connected making them suitable for any required duty.
Humidifiers using normal mains water supplies will, be it by steam, evaporation or atomisation, leave behind mineral/scale deposits that will increase the maintenance needed and decrease the life expectancy of internal components and the humidifier itself.
The remedy for this is the PureFlo RO-100 Reverse Osmosis System. This system supplies up to 100 litres of demineralised water per hour. This radically reduces or eliminates mineral build-up in the humidifier and thus dramatically reducing the maintenance required and increasing the expected lifecycle of the humidifier.
This Reverse Osmosis System is unique in the sense that it uses a mains water pressure between 2.8bar (40psi) to 5.5bar (80psi) alone to operate. It does not require an electrical power supply as all operational valves are mechanically pressure activated. The system begins and stops producing pure water based on the water pressures within the system. This negates the requirement for electrically operated controls and reduces installation and running costs. The option of an additional booster pump is available where the water supply pressure is not adequate.

Caractéristiques:
• 0-100 litres per hour output
• No electrical power supply needed
• Revolutionary low pressure membrane technology
• 25 litres of immediately deliverable demineralised water irrespective of system output
• Unique automatic membrane preservation flush system – long life membranes
• Economic alternative to high volume RO systems
• Operates on mains water pressure 2.8bar (40psi) to 5.5bar (80psi) (optional pump available if necessary)
• Tiny footprint 0.35m2 - easy installation
• Total Dissolved Solids rejection ratio of 90%

Three easily accessible filter housings are mounted above a pressurised storage tank. The first filter housing contains a joint sediment and carbon filter to eliminate solids larger than 5 microns and all chlorine to protect the membranes. The second and third housings contain the new technology low pressure membranes which have an incredible rejection rate of 90% of all dissolved solids and an impressive life expectancy of 2-4 years.
This impressive membrane performance is partly due to an innovative membrane flush procedure. Pure water is stored in separate pressurised tank and used to automatically flush the membranes whenever the system stops.
The RO-System has a stored reservoir of 25 litres of pressurised water ready for immediate delivery. This is typically necessary for filling the tank of a steam humidifier, the reservoir of an evaporative humidifier or the pipework of an atomizing humidifier
Installation is remarkably easy with one 15mm/½”BSP connection for the water inlet, another for the drain and a third for the product water outlet. Its tiny 0.35m2 footprint makes it easy to situate in even the most congested plant rooms. All of this makes this system ideal as a retro fit to existing humidification systems as well.
